“Speak to a Doctor” you can speak to a MBBS qualified doctor registered with the Sri Lankan Medical council.
“Speak to a specialist” you can speak to a Specialist doctor who has specialized in the field denoted in MyDoctor website/literature field.
Getting in touch with a Doctors either Specialist or General will depend on the doctors’ availability on the MyDoctor System.
Response to a medical inquiry done via email/chat/sms will be attended by the available doctor on a priority basis within a period of 24 hours. This time frame may in be increased if a panel discussion is required.
Services of www.edoctor.lk website will officially cease with the launching of its new website www.mydoctor.lk on 15 th June 2016. However the two websites eDoctor and MyDoctor will function parallel to each other for a period of 1 month.
Members of eDoctor with a valid membership card are requested to call / email us to register free on the MyDoctor website by 30 th July 2016 The Services provided via MyDoctor are more comprehensive and we request that our members take this opportunity by registering on our new website.
Please note that details on the card pertaining to names and expiry dates will remain the same.
Current eDoctor members who would convert to the MyDoctor website are requested to complete the conversion by 30 th July 2016 with the assistance of the MyDoctor call center staff. Those who fail to complete conversion within this time frame will be considered as terminated from the membership register and will be required to re-register as new members of MyDoctor.lk.
